Allocatees and ANFR exchange information :
within the FNF extranet system (reserved access) by formalizing assignment requests for recording assignments to terrestrial or broadcasting services (contact ANFR) ;
by sending a form or file for requests to record assignments to space services.
Recorded or imported assignment requests are subject to several levels of control (syntax check, technical checks, conformity with coordination procedures, conformity with a global or regional plan).
The procedure for requesting an assignment should not be confused with that for declaring a radio station - the latter dealing with on-site electromagnetic compatibility. For your information, the preparatory work for a declaration can be facilitated by free software offered by the ITU.
